Internet users are advised that many products sold online and identified as Rado watches may be second-hand, counterfeit or of otherwise doubtful origin. They may also have been damaged by the removal of their serial numbers.
Rado’s international warranty can only be issued by authorized RADO retailers, and Rado products not sold through Rado's worldwide network of authorized retailers will not benefit from Rado’s high-quality customer service.
