Online and Social Media Communications Specialist 100%

The successful candidate will have a fully rounded understanding of all social media channels, ideally experience in e-commerce, plus strategic capabilities and strong people skills. The specialist has to support the strategy and implementation of projects related to Rado’s websites, social media channels and online communications strategies in general to strengthen Rado’s organizational and communications goals, supporting Rado’s branding position.

• Support implementation of the vision and strategic objectives for Rado’s online activities such as rado.com, various social media channels and interactive content
• Supervise and improve the quality of rado.com, the e-commerce platform and other Rado’s online properties and ensure consistency of content across all digital channels
• Establish and enforce broad content objectives and ensure that online user experience, content and design reinforce Rado’s offline objectives and goals
• Develop innovative digital ideas to promote the brand and advice markets worldwide
• Responsible for managing different social media channels with the New Media team
• Conception of digital campaigns and communication strategies in cooperation with the global Marketing team
• Coordinate and team with Rado’s partners on development and maintenance of information architecture, hosting and database integration
• Measure, analyze and optimize the effectiveness of online platforms and activities
• Ensure the productivity of the editorial team and external partners
• Provide interactive and visual design assistance as necessary in support of application development

Profile

• 3+ years related experience with responsibility for a website and social media channels
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or in the media and communication field (or equivalent job training)
• Passion for style, fashion, art, trend-spotting and an affinity for all new forms of communicating
