Should you need to send your Rado to an authorised centre for maintenance or repairs, we will be happy to offer a free shipping service. Simply fill out the form below. All you have to do is make an appointment with our carrier for collection and request a shipping receipt, at no cost to you. Upon receipt of the package, please fill out the attached form and send it with your Rado watch. Please note that the package is only insured for one watch.

The service is available for individual owners of a Rado watch and not to service centres sending watches on behalf of a customer.
