Welcome to Click and Reserve, the new Rado service for those who like to try before they buy.
Love the watch but not sure which size is right for you? Do you just want to feel the difference of wearing a high-tech ceramic watch before you make the final decision?
Reserve the watch you are interested in at your local participating authorised Rado retailer. Your selected store will get in touch with you directly to confirm when the watch is ready for you to go in and try. No payment required, no obligation to buy, just the watch you want ready and waiting for you.
Here’s how it works
- Explore the Rado UK website and pick your favourite watch
- Select ‘Reserve in store’ on the product page
- Choose your nearest participating store from the drop down menu
- Enter your contact details and submit your request by clicking ‘Finish reservation’
- You will receive an email confirmation of your request
- Your selected store will contact you by phone or email to let you know when the watch will be ready
- That’s it!
Reservation is only available at participating stores as listed under the ‘Choose your store’ drop down menu. Please contact the store directly for their festive opening times.
No payment is required and there is no obligation to buy the watch you reserve.
