At an exclusive event in Moscow recently, we presented our very latest designer collaboration with award-winning Russian artist and designer Evgenia Miro. Following in the footsteps of British designer Bethan Gray and Spanish designer Inma Bermudez, Evgenia has applied her unique vision and philosophy of time to the Rado True Thinline.
Among the special guests at the event to celebrate the launch was actress and Rado ambassador Yulia Peresild.
The Rado True Thinline My Bird is a limited edition piece that uses various pioneering materials techniques to create one beautiful, harmonious piece. The rich, deep blue of the high-tech ceramic case and bracelet is an opulent colour that features in much of Evgenia’s work. The feather design is laser engraved on the high-tech ceramic bracelet and continues across the dial symbolising Evgenia’s unique philosophy of time.
One of the key themes in Evgenia’s work is time, and she is known for her design collaborations which use materials including silk and fine bone china. This is the first time she has worked with high-tech ceramic.
