RADO GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION - FREE “40 YEARS OF HIGH-TECH CERAMIC BEAUTY KIT” FOR THE FIRST 20 CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE A RADO WATCH FROM THE RADO MELBOURNE BOUTIQUE

1.     These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) govern the RADO Gift With Purchase Promotion (the “Promotion”) for a free “40 YEARS OF HIGH-TECH CERAMIC BEAUTY KIT” (the “Gift”) with the purchase of a RADO watch from the Rado Boutique operated by The Swatch Group (Australia) Pty. Ltd. at 298 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (“Rado Boutique”). This Promotion is administered by The Swatch Group (Australia) Pty. Ltd. (ABN 20 004 287 110) of Level 3, 40 River Boulevard, Richmond VIC 3121 Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2.     The Gift is available for each transaction containing a RADO watch at the Rado Boutique provided that the customer has an active subscription to the Rado newsletter at the time of the transaction.

3.     There are 20 Gifts available. Limit of one Gift per transaction, while stocks last.

4.     The Promotion is only valid in the Rado Boutique from [Opening Date] at 9:00am AEST until all Gifts have been claimed.

5.     This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

6.     The right to claim the Gift may not be transferred to anyone else. The Gift cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

7.     We reserve the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.     The Gift cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of the Gift and any attempt to exchange or return it because of incompatibility will be deemed a change of mind.

9.     If the RADO watch you purchased is returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy, the Gift must also be returned. If the Gift is not returned, the return or exchange cannot be processed. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10.   We reserve the right to amend the T&Cs and modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion and/or the Gift without prior notice at any time and for any or no reason.

11.   We and our related bodies corporate and affiliates disclaim all liability, to the greatest extent legally permissible, for any damage suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Promotion.

12.   The personal information you provide will be used and processed by us, our related bodies corporate and affiliates or by third parties as necessary with the carrying out and administration of the Promotion, in accordance with RADO’s Privacy Notice which can be accessed at https://www.rado.com/en_au/legal/privacy-notice. We may send emails or contact you by telephone for purposes related to the Gift, subject to your right to refuse to your personal information being processed or being contacted at any time.
