Should you need to send your Rado watch to an authorized centre for maintenance or service, we would be happy to offer free shipping one way to our service centre for diagnostic. Simply fill out the form below. Please complete the form sent to you and return it along with your Rado watch. Then you can simply mail the package to Rado and request a shipping receipt. Please note that the package is only insured for one watch.
