Rado ECB meet and greet draw game terms and conditions
1. These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) govern the Rado ECB meet and greet draw (the “Prize Draw”) administered by The Swatch Group (UK) Limited – Rado Division, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Building 1000, The Royals Business Park, London, E16 2QU (“Rado”, “us”, “our”, “we”).
2. By participating in this Prize Draw you agree to these Rules and to abide by them. You confirm to have read, understood and accepted our Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.rado.com/en_gb/legal/privacy-notice
Entry information
3. 10 winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 18 March 2024 ("Draw Date").
4. The winners will receive the following prize: two invitations to the Rado ECB Event on 25th March 2024 (“Prize”).
5. The winners will be notified via email on or about 18th March 2024 by 6 pm.
6. The winners must respond and provide a postal address to claim the Prize.
7. The opening date for entries is 8 am GMT on 6st March 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 11.59 pm on 17th March 2024.
8. All Prize Draw entries must be received within this period in order to be eligible.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted.

10. Entry is made on the Rado UK website on the following page www.rado.com/en_gb/ecb-meet-greet.html and entrants will need to provide their name and email address.
Eligible participants
11. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. This Prize Draw is not open to employees and officers of Rado or any of its affiliates or agents or their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals not eligible to enter or win.
Rules
12. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
13. Rado accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
14. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted.
15. If a winner cannot be reached or does not reply by 19th March 2024 11.59 am, the Prize will be assumed to have been forfeited and will be awarded to another eligible entry (selected in accordance with the process described above).
16. The Prize is supplied by The Swatch Group (UK) Limited – Rado division, the competition is run through a promoter (the "Supplier") England and Wales Cricket Board Limited
We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
17. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we reasonably believe that a winner has breached the Rules.
18. To claim your prize, you may be required to provide your personal details (first and last name, home address, email address etc.) and to prove your identity by submitting relevant documents (e.g. ID, driving license). In the event of a dispute as to a person’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email address associated with it.
19. The right to claim the prize may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are permitted.
20. Any decisions by us regarding the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Rado's Privacy Notice www.rado.com/en_gb/legal/privacy-notice.
22. Neither us nor our affiliates assume any responsibility or liability for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate registration or entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (ii) any unauthorized access to or theft, destruction, or alteration of any submission at any point in the operation of the Prize Draw; (iii) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the Prize Draw (including undelivered emails and emails being filtered out due to privacy or spam); or (iv) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet. If for any reason, the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, then we reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw in whole or in part. Your statutory rights are not affected.
23. Rado must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation Rado will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails store.uk@rado.com or writes to Rado Prize Draw, Building 1000, The Royals Business Park (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us (store.uk@rado.com). In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
24. The Prize Draw is void where legally not permitted.
25. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of all entrants and Rado in connection with the Prize Draw shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Entrants agree that any disputes in relation to the Prize Draw shall be brought in the courts of the United Kingdom.
