Terms and Conditions of RADO competiton to win ENGLAND V INDIA TICKETS
1. These terms and conditions (“the T&Cs”) govern the “Win the Match with Rado” competition (the “Competition”) for customers to win England v India tickets (“the Prize”). The Competition is administered by The Swatch Group (UK) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration No.: 177501, with a registered address at Building 1000, The Royals Business Park, London E16 2QU, United Kingdom (“Rado”, “we,” “us,” “our”).
2. The opening date for entries is 12:00 AM on April 28th, 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 12:00 PM on May 11th, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
3. By entering, you accept and agree to abide by both the T&Cs and our privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rado.com/en_gb/legal/privacy-notice, that we may publish your first name and surname on www.rado.com if you are selected as a winner.
4. Upon purchase of a watch from the Captain Cook collection (excluding Captain Cook Automatic R32154208) within the opening dates, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
5. Entry to the Competition is open only to customers aged 18 or older, with the exception of our employees (and their families) and those of our affiliates, our representatives and agents, and anyone else involved in the Competition. The winner’s guest must be accompanied by an adult at all times if they are aged under 16.
6. We will offer one (1) winner two tickets to England v India 2025, subject to the purchase of a watch from the Captain Cook collection (excluding Captain Cook Automatic R32154208) from www.rado.com. Please note: purchases made as part of this promotion are final and non-refundable. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. The winner will be responsible for travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, personal expenses, any taxes or levies due on the Prize, and any other costs incurred in connection with the Prize. These costs are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on May 15th, 2025.
9. The winner will be notified by Rado on May 15th, 2025 and the Prize will be dispatched thereafter.
10. Only one entry per person will be accepted; automated or repetitive entries are not allowed. In the event of a dispute as to a person’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email account or street address associated with it.
11. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion, if an entry is valid and to disqualify anyone we reasonably believe to be tampering with the entry process, acting in a disruptive manner, or violating the T&Cs.
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may result in disqualification from the Competition and/or receipt of the Prize.
14. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner by random draw of correct entries if a winner cannot attend the Prize or if we reasonably believe that a winner has breached these T&Cs.
15. The prize is supplied by Rado. Rado reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Rado’s control makes it necessary to do so. This includes a change of match date.
16. Your personal information will be used by us, and our group companies, suppliers and contractors to:
- allow your participation in the Competition and to administer the Competition and the Prize;
- publish your first name and surname by the Rado on www.rado.com or social media, this use of your personal information is necessary for our legitimate interests of promoting our business and our products and services and ensuring we comply with our obligations under relevant codes and practices in relation to competitions; and
- make use of photographs of the winner and other entrants on our websites, social media accounts, within magazines and/or press releases and any other publicity arising from the competition, this use of your personal information is necessary for promoting our business, products and services and the Competition.

18. To claim the Prize, the winner may be required to prove their identity by submitting documents to that effect (e.g., a passport or driving licence).
19. Any decisions by us regarding the Competition and the Prize are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. To the greatest extent legally permissible, we and our affiliates, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our affiliates, agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition and/or the Prize at any time.
22. These T&Cs are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
